Went in and asked for eyebrows to be threaded, specified that I didn’t want too much taken off just the strays - lay down and had wax put on my upper lip.. did not ask for this at all in fact quite the opposite as it causes me to break out however there wasn’t much I could do when it was put on without me being aware it was happening and of course was charged for it. I also have cuts from my eyebrow threading and still have strays. Would not recommend.

I got my eyelash extensions done , beautiful but when the friendly worker was done my bottom eyelashes was stuck on the corner of the lash extensions. I went back and asked them to help and fix the problem and the worker told me it would be a pinch and ripped my bottom lashes out. I walked out and instantly burst into tears since bottom lashes are ripped out and stuck to the top extensions. I go back in an the worker tries explaining that she did not rip them out. I showed her my bottom lashes that are stuck to the top and explained that she in fact did rip my lashes out from the root. I requested her to trim my ripped out lashes since it was stabbing my eye. She trimmed it and had quite the nerve to say beauty is pain. The pain of my ripped out lashes is not beauty .. its poor and wouldnt go back. They are not qualified enough to be working on lashes.

Got my eyelash extensions done and am so happy with the end result. Since it was my first time, I asked for natural and got what I wanted. I highly recommend Dimple!

getting extensions should not burn my eyes out. went back because it was wonky and had glue in my eye and they made me pay an extra $10. they were so uneven both eyes looked different and she made my brows so dark, over lined and boxy. lash lift didn’t work at all. lady was rude and insulting to my natural eyebrows. way overpriced. go to kess instead, $20 cheaper, better turnout and way better costumer service.

Horrible service. Called to ask if they can take me for eye brow threading. The lady who answered said yes and I told her I’ll be there in 2 min. When I got there the salon was left unattended. I waited for 15mins before more people showed up and waited another 20 mins before a staff member came out to serve us. There were 5 customers in store now. She then took on the clients that were walk ins after me and didn’t even ask who was here first. After 45 mins of waiting I decided to leave without getting my eyebrows done. This place needs more staff. Won’t ever go here again.

Normally have a positive experience here .... but yesterday I went in at 1.30 (my lunchbreak). Was told it would be a 15 min wait as the staff were all on lunchbreak (all at the same time sitting in back of shop). I said ok - even though I thought it a little strange that they would all have lunch at the same time. Shortly after another customer entered, followed by a 3rd) After about 15 mins the 3rd person left, after waiting 25 mins I also left. I get that staff need a lunchbreak, but these need to be staggered so you can still have customers. Very unprofessional

Today Priyanka gave me one of the best facials I have had and I have had many. Would thoroughly recommend her and will definitely be back for more.

Wonderful just got a massage i left felling light i always come here for my eyebrows and upper lip wax and threading and leave happy every time
