Large store, but often it poorly stocked so definitely check on line or phone ahead. Friendly staff and everything is well set out and tidy.

Good friendly service. Some staff need to learn what you guys actually sell. As I was told their was a certain product and then another worker said they don't stock it. Another of help on hand. Prices for products are a bit high. Security makes you feel like you stole stuff based on what your wearing. Very upset about that.

Everything you'd expect for a Farmers store in a large mall. Great cosmetics and beauty area with helpful staff. Most departments are well stocked, and organised. Staff are very helpful, but menswear does not stock plus sized clothing.

Its farmers use to be the go to department store through out have great memories of farmers in the city whn i was a child santa parade up Queen st family photos with the siblings playing in the giant playground on the top floor riding the elevator's eating in the big cafeteria a yearly adventure at Christmas farmers is not the same today but still a great place to shop...

Have been visiting various farmers stores over years, but this new store visited first time. It was a very pleasant experience. Wider aisles, bright and organized layout makes it easy to find things quickly. Staff are very helpful.

They have variety of clothes for New Born to Adults. Separate sections for toys, crockery, furniture and bedding, beauty and decoration items. Prices are a bit high. They should consider adding more good deals.

If you buy some heavy items such as dishes, no proper packaging will be available. The staff will wrap it in paper and you won’t be able even to have a trolley to carry the stuff to the car. I was kindly offered to take trolley from the warehouse. “Excellent customer service”.
