Feels a bit more chaotic than the usual Countdown, maybe because it seems they've just reorganized and everyone is still milling around trying to find stuff. Some things understandably out of stock due to supply chain issues. Four stars regardless because it's a Countdown and you can get your groceries, so it serves its purpose despite the minor chaos.

Great store friendly staff and well stocked with great selection too. I really like how all the chiller have glass doors so all food is kept at correct temperatures. Unlike auckland countdowns.If I lived in invercargill I would use this store for everything.

It's an alrite supamarket, I love the 1 card deals and wif 2000 points u get $15 free shopping thats pretty good for these days also online shopping. This morning I went to cdown tay st & brought vegs wow they are abit expensive but they have reasonably cheap the butcher even cut it in half for me which was nice just ask the eggs are stocked up $1190 for one lot $15 for a tray that's all they are selling at the moment

One of the best places for your shopping in Invercargill. The best thing is that it is open till midnight. A well arranged place, with great customer service, a great car park and a wide range of products. Veggies are comparatively fresh from other places. Frozen foods are also good when compared to others. All in all Countdown is awesome.I have bought one blender from there, and after 3 months it stopped working. I got to them and without any issues they gave the full refund that I paid for the product. Really good customer service :)
