Really helpful, knowledgeable and communicative team at Trentham Mechanical!I had an anchor point installed, which turned out more of a mission than expected. They explained over the phone the issue and how they would resolve it in easy to understand terms.Great value for, in my opinion, a fairly low cost!

Initially I got in touch because I needed a cost estimate for work recommended during a pre purchase inspection (cambelt job). Jason responded quickly to my questions, but also gave me some helpful extra advice. When it came time to do the job - Kerry, Jason and the team were friendly, reliable and provided great service. We'll be back for sure!

I went here to get a quote on my vehicle to get the left hand front lower ball joint replaced but instead got a quote from Aaron for swaybar d bush x 2 , swaybar link kit x 4, total cost $1009.62. I questioned him about his quote and mentioned to him that the noise I was experiencing was coming from the left hand front of my vehicle, he then tried to convince me to go ahead and just repair the back swaybars d bush and links...his advice turned out to be terrible advice after getting a second opinion from Murray at Murray Motors in savage cres upper hutt...Murray actually diagnosed the problem by replicating the noise I was experiencing and replaced the left hand front lower ball joint at a total cost of $498.65. I believe Aaron was trying to stitch me up for something that did not genuinely need replacing! Shame on you mate. I wont be recommending anyone to visit to premises!

I have had only really positive experiences with Terry and the team. Our whole family uses this workshop and we always feel well taken care of. Excellent communication and even help you understand why something might need to be done while at the same time try to keep prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

I am happy to write the whole story chapter and verse on GR if this is your preferred method of communication? It seems you’re better at responding to GR’s than emails. I can release it in a serial format just like Netflix. Here’s the pilot of the first season, I think it’ll be a top seller…..Once upon a time there was a poor lonely mechanic who wanted to become a shipping container magnate. Unfortunately the mechanics experience in the big bad world of building was somewhat limited. Regardless the mechanic ploughed into purchasing and positioning his shipping containers with little regard to some fundamental cornerstones of any type of construction, after all how hard can it be it’s not like they are working on cars or anything………..

Pretty average. Friendly but quoted a different brand of tyres that were fitted. Screwed the wheel nuts back into the rim without washers that were supplied. Gutted.
