Price is High, Bad on their paperwork for quoting a job, then when job is paid in full before job is started, they then change price due to them doing a job that was not ordered to do, misinformation while quoting on phone, DON'T come to these guys, BAD AS SERVICE.

Purchased a motorcycle from them and was told that it was in great condition (in short), received the bike and found that the engine had issues, the guards had the majority of the clips broken off. Call the Honda Co where im currently trying to get the bike collected and refunded. I would not recommend this co to anyone buying used or new.

Very bad customer service. Sold me a damaged bike, promised to replace parts then ghosted me. No longer even reading my emails. Buyer be very aware - Update, I have now been sent replacement parts.

I had this company fix my ride on mower, it went once and then stopped. I had my friends make contact with them while I was overseas to ask them to come and see what was wrong, they said they would be in touch and never did, I have emailed them again to ask them to please help, advise or fix, I have not heard from them at all. Not at all happy with the 'no' service, not even poor service, just no service. Would NOT recommend. I have since heard from them, they advise that my friends must have lied to me because they would have DEFINITELY gotten back to me, well they DEFINITELY didn't get back to me, they also said they never received an email I sent them, even when I forwarded them a copy of the email, they still denied and chose to blame my friends for lying (they did not) and me for not communicating - rubbish! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The most unprofessional business i have ever dealt with in my entire life!! They don't serve their customers well and they over charge their service. I would NOT recommend these guys to anyone, even if you have to take your ride-on mower to Hamilton or other nearby places, it is worth it as you can save much more from these guys.

Took mower for a service came back like a new one, friendly staff, knowledgeable sales. Got my last mower there will get my next.

Over priced for a service to my dirt bike. Caused damage to my bike and charged me for it but tried blaming the previous owners or service for doing the damage. Emailed them but as per got no reply. If you're looking to get ripped off then this is your place
