Simple Waste Water Solutions

We installed a SWWS in 2017 and it has worked brilliantly ever since. We were very impressed with the consultation and installation process. Very prompt and a great job done.4 years later and with some minor questions regarding some maintenance, Anita has been amazing in giving advice and guidance.Would highly recommend this company and this product to anyone needing a simple solution to their waste water needs.5 Stars!!

After much research on the various composting toilet systems on the market, I opted for the deluxe ShortDrop unit from SWWS. Anita was fantastic to deal with from the outset and explained and answered all our questions very thoroughly. After 6 plus months since the unit was installed on Waiheke Island, there is no doubt I made the right choice. The unit was delivered on time and installed by Anita and team quickly and efficiently. There's no smell or bugs, requires minimal maintenance and and looks great situated next to our weekend cabin. I thoroughly recommend going for the deluxe version, the convenience of being able to wash your hands from the harvested rainwater is fantastic.This is a great product which will serve us well for many many years.In addition to the ShortDrop we purchased a mini version of the full waste water system to deal with kitchen sink water and washing machine waste water for our newly constructed cabin.Anita's expert input helped us modify the system layout during install due to site fall issues and we were really grateful when she made a second visit to Waiheke Island to fully commission the system due to building and material delays. The system works brilliantly and the plant filters look great.I thoroughly recommend dealing with SWWS, knowledgeable experienced operators who back their quality products.Thanks Anita and team.
