The worst of the worst massage I ever had!!!! Not professional and rudest ever! Give one star because I can’t give 0 star no option here. I will report to police that you pushed customers and asked police to check your camera. Also I will be waiting for your boss to contact me, as you promised you will let your boss know that a customer has made a complaint. Also I wil repost to IRD that you charged cash $70 to avoid paying tax and GST, also your company on the company registrar website shows that last time annual return filed was in 2019 and it’s in the process of being removed. Totally unprofessional and illegal behaviour.Ps. I saw your reply. Yes pls go ahead to police as I want them to check camera and see who is lying. Also your service was the worst of the worse I ever had in nz, you didn’t give me a way to make a complaint either, your business are in breach of the consumer law as well. By the way don’t mix PAYE with GST.

Amazing massage. Very professional and they know how to crack a back. Walked in with a sore back and walked out feeling like my spine had been replaced. Very keen for my next visit.

Real Thai deep tissue massage at a reasonable price. Turian was professional throughout, and gave a free hot stones upgrade as I am a returning customer. Hot ginger tea rounded out the experience. Highly recommend a visit to work out those knots!

I have had a lot of Thai and deep tissue massages. This was THE BEST EVER. Som knew immediately which part needed more work and knew from experience how to describe and fix my problems. I feel so much lighter now. Also, she was really nice and nice to talk to. I even got charger for my phone too, thank you

For an authentic Thai massage experience, you should definitely try this place. It's been here for a long time and the service is always great.

This has been a long time favourite for me and wife, since Nina was there. Now, Som has taken over and the service is the same, high quality massage with really attentive way of solving the issues that bother. Had injured leg and Som did a really good job of resolving the issue by concentrating on the foot and calf muscle. Helped me walk without limping. Clean and decent service. Highly recommend.

I've been going here for years and I'm so impressed with the quality of service, especially for the price. Really affordable for a 1 hour fully body massage that includes oil, hot stones and stretching, and the therapists are lovely! I usually feel awkward asking for harder/lighter pressure but the ladies at Birkenhead Thai massage always make me feel comfortable! Thanks for your great service.

I've been here a couple of times and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. The masseuses are so talented and lovely. It's very good value for money and I really appreciate the little touches, atmosphere, music and tea after massage, oils , hot stones etc. I would like to recommend it to all my friends.
