F45 Training Rolleston

I love the encouragement and enthusiasm brought every morning. I quit my gym to join to be surrounded by people at 5:00am each Monday and I do not regret a single moment.The staff members are amazing and incredibly friendly.

This place has been such a wonderful experience. Even during Level 4 trying to smash out a challenge at home all the trainers have been encouraging and helpful. Communication has also been awesome from Alysha and Eddie at F45 Rolleston - you never feel out of the loop. Being able to be back in the class scenario as well, the trainers help you, they push you just the right amount so that you challenge yourself and feel like you worked hard in each session. Definitely a game changer here, along with all the wonderful people you meet all working just as hard as you. Love it!

Great team, great trainers, great vibe

This is the first gym I've ever been to. It's been fantastic as a beginner who just needs to be told what to do. Eddie and his team are so kind and encouraging. I couldn't imagine not going now!

The best gym i ever joined, i really like the energy and vibe of workouts. Very friendly, motivating and professional staff. All effort that goes into getting some results is next level. I am really happy with results i am getting and positive feelings after workouts. I will recommend it to anyone looking for results and fun time at same time.
