Great product however bad customer service from an extremely unprofessional woman in the office has left me with mixed feelings about using this company again. Told me after I paid in full for our system that it was going to be delivered late and that “every job was taking a number”. Very dismissive and angry and blamed me for making her “look stupid” when I enquired about where our remaining shelves were!

We are most impressed with the service received and the lovely doors made for us recently by Simply Wardrobes. Ruchika was excellent - she is knowledgable, was patient with our queries and went out of her way to help with a little extra item we needed at no extra charge. Our white glass sliders glide beautifully and look fabulous Thanks Ruchika and team!

My concern is with the after care service. Notified them immediately after installation that there was a problem with one of the drawers. Informed to wait and see if it improves. It didn’t, and eventually stuck so that it wouldn’t close. I informed them and was told that the next time they had someone in the area they would get them to look at it. No indication how long that would be. Rang again to get an indication how long that would be, and was told by a second person, they couldn’t give one. When I said I wasn’t happy about that, he hung up on me. Feel like “they have my money, so tough luck”. Not a way to get return costumers or in fact do business. If they have two people answering the phone, maybe they should use one on the phone, and the other could service problems.

I have used Simply Wardrobes 4x now, and v happy.The service was excellent. Location was an hour away from Chch. It was measured up, quoted, I was kept fully informed, and even changed the date of installation. Nothing was a problem.2 young men who did the install were polite, respectful and hard working. Thank you so much!!!

When we initially visited the store, the staff wasn't very helpful especially since it was our 1st time to get a closet done. Michael made a copy of my design & measurements but lost it. I had to go in-store 3 separate times just to get a proper quote. They forgot to inform me when the install was supposed to be and I only found out when I gave them a ring so the install date was only a few days away hence we had to reschedule. On the day of the install, Jordan the installer didn't have the correct address or phone number so he had to wait for an hour before I spotted him. After the install, I was told doors weren't going to be installed when I specifically asked for them when I came on for a quote. I had to ring them again and was told I need to come in again to talk about the measurements and I cannot give them over the phone. I'm fed up with all the inconvenience and miscommunication.

Had a positive experience, from the concept drawings, to quotation, to install. It was done quick sharp and everything went smoothly. Quite impressed and thankful we chose to go with them.

Great product and service. Installers were awesome - hard working and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

Product is good, customer service was lacking. My husband picked up a large item in 45kg pieces, no help with loading. Was advised to be early so arrived when shop opened and had to wait for staff to turn up. No instructions were given on how to put product together, so it was a frustrating experience, as we constructed a 2.5meter wardrobe upside down, then had to turn!

Really great quality product. There was no installers available at the time and they was several weeks wait for one. It required a person with a few more skills than just being handy so our wonderful son in-law came to the rescue and our daughter notice we could add more shelves to give us more great storage. Simply Wardrobes, great product.
