First time i have used a Property Management company for my rental. The team were great and took a lot of stress out of the process of finding new tenants including all the paperwork. Great flexible service offered to suit what i wanted, and got great new tenants in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend Marina and the team at Rent Hub

I had the pleasure of working with Marina during lock down in finding a tenant for my property. Due to lock down no physical viewings where able to happen. She listed my property promptly, vetted the applicants and set up a Zoom meeting so we where able to meet 'virtually' with the prospective tenants and choose who we thought would work best for us.Happy tenants and an even happier landlord !Thanks Marina for your professionalism and care in making this a great outcome.Highly recommend Marina and the team at Renthub.

While my interactions as a RentHub tenant were largely pleasant, their inability to properly handle tenant data is a major concern. I left my RentHub property at the start of 2023, but am still receiving water bill invoices to my personal email.Despite me reaching out several times in the SIX MONTHS since I left the property, Elise and Marina are either unwilling or incapable of removing my information from the system and insist on sending me these bills.I can only imagine how amateur their other practises are if they are incapable of something as simple as this.

Marina helped us enormously , from our first meeting she immediately swung into action and found us excellent tenants at the very first open home . We were very impressed with her speed and efficiency. She had it all sorted and organised within a few weeks. We would recommend her to anyone wishing for a thoroughly professional, friendly and approachable person to step them through the tenanting process. I was dreading having to sort out getting a tenant by myself. It weighed heavy on my shoulders. Then someone let me know of a place called Renthub. From the day I contacted them all weight was lifted, it was a dream. I dealt with Sona mainly and she was fantastic. She got amazing tenants for me.
