I brought in my vehicle for the team to check my battery after a couple of flats not due to driver error. The team were great about charging it overnight, testing the battery itself and advising next steps like checking with the dealer for a software update (which did turn out to be the culprit). AA Auto Centre were awesome to go to, very quick and efficient and lovely staff!! All kind and considerate of needs. They even did a few small jobs on my car and others cars without charging any extra cost!! Very thankful for this and will definitely go back.

Bad and traumatic experience as I found my Tyrese caps are missing after doing car service, even they told me no discount for AA membership, so AAmembership is useless. I felt very disappointed and depressed from the centre treatment with client.

Talked to the representative in Wellington a couple times over the phone in the last few days. She is a real blessing - offered advice, had a lot of patience with me, answered even the dumbest questions and stayed heartwarmingly friendly the whole time. The best customer service, really!

The AA centre and the workmen are really good. They are very knowledgeable in European cars as well such as Volvo. Find parking inside during peak times tricky though due to the pavement entrance via pedestrian crossing. Apart from it recommend it very much

Got a WOF, AA membership, and silver service two months ago. Called roadside assistance for a jumpstart only to be told this autocentre never put my payment through on their end, so I wasn’t able to utilise my membership and the service. Paid nearly $400 for this visit only for them to take my money and not use it for my membership. Who knows what they used it for. Car service was good though, but beware.

First WOF service in Wellington. Service is good can be better. Wait time for a WOF and change one tyre is 5hrs +. It's a private owned company under AA. Reminiscing former car WOF services.
