They do not use quality replacement screens but charge over $200 to replace. Picture quality wasn't the same, 4 months down the line my screen has failed leaving me out of pocket (they only have a 90 day warranty, for obvious reasons). Cheaper to buy a new phone.

The screen protector I paid $40 for is beyond rubbish. it's not worth $1 let stone $40! no doubt supplier got a pack for a dollar!A bad look for our tourist capital.

We have had 3 screens replaced by this company. First one the screen proctor they put on was completely wrong and not even straight, ended up taking it off after we couldn’t use the home button on the iPhone. Second two were on iPads. Got them back covered in sticky glue from the screen protectors, again proctors were on all wonky and as soon as I touched the screen it cracked under the so called “best screen protector” wouldn’t recommend. We are not out a few hundred dollars and in the same place of having broken screens.

Wish I had asked about the price before allowing them to put a new screen film on!!! $40!!! What a rip off!! Absolutely disgusting. Will never be going back there. I can buy 3 or 4 of the clear films on trademe for that and do it myself, which I will go back to doing instead of trying to support local.

I went here to buy an FM Bluetooth adapter. They didn't have it in store, but the guy offered to go home and get it. After that they helped me setting it up on my car. Great customer service
