Great Success. We engaged this company to change old carpets to carpet and vinyl combination for our tenants. Pricing was on par with other quotes we got, but what made us choose Flooring Design is that they went above and beyond by agreeing to provide bespoke service to our needs (for which we were happy to pay) as we weren't in the position to attend the job ourselves.Service was timely, they attended and did the installation promptly and made it really easy for us. We have seen photos of the installation, and our tenants who have a small baby are super stoked with the job too. We will for sure be contacting them for our future jobs. An absolutely seamless and enjoyable experience from choosing the vinyl, ordering and laying. Started a week before Xmas, not a problem for Tammy and Doug. Completed early January. A big thanks to Flooring Design Whangarei. I contacted them on Friday last week to enquire if they could lay (by this coming weekend) new vinyl to replace the vinyl which had been laid just 2 weeks prior, by an incompetant tradesman. Not only did Flooring Design Whangarei have a perfect vinyl for the job but Doug arranged to have it laid on Monday. I am very highly delighted with the result.
