Rochelle worked hard to get the best result for us and understood what our bottom line was, but was also honest and realistic given the market that we were selling in. Rochelle kept us up to date constantly, was happy to answer any questions at any time, and always did so with a friendliness and professionalism that we truly valued. We are not planning on selling again anytime soon, but if we were I would be picking up the phone to call Rochelle!

We had bad experience with CK & Co when looking for our first home to buy.Bad communication: agent never replied to our questions we sent by email. Agent never told us if our offer has been accepted or rejected and we had to constantly chase her.Open homes: agents always on their phones, not interested by people attending visits even if we were committed to buy.As a result, the vendor sold to the less attractive offer.We did many open homes and this was our worst experience. We will never, ever deal with CK & Co, so do my friends.

Transparent and Understanding. As FHB in New Zealand, We still remember our first open home, Diane was clear and transparent with us and made us feel welcomed. She was patient to answer our queries and ensured we understood all aspects of the house. We were pretty far down the process when we found out we needed additional time to get things sorted. Awesome - don't look any further for a real estate agent! My elderly parents were selling their property and right from the get go Hannah was professional and to the point with me (which suited) but very patience and kind to my parents (which suits them!).
