Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Aber Living, had a warranty issue with my Masterbuilt 560 and Elliot explored every avenue to sort the problem which eventually saw the unit replaced.This is what customer service should be like everywhere in NZThroughly recommend this business.Cheers Team
