I recently visited The Bike Maintenance Shop for my kids bikes and was impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was professional and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure that bikes were in top condition. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs.

Another brilliant experience with these guys. When the work gets done impeccably and you know 100% that the garage is not trying to make an extra buck wherever they can, you cherish people like that. I got a pleasant surprise when the final invoice was lower than the original quote, the report of what had been done was comprehensive and they delivered on time. Could not recommend Dean, Dan and Collen enough. Lovely people, amazing work. thanks again, guys...if I could give 10 stars, I would. :)

Dean & Colleen are great. I tried their shop from word of mouth. Pick up and drop off service was easy, and Dean kept in touch frequently. Very reasonable pricing you absolutely get above and beyond service. There was a minor mishap in the initial service which Dean collected, fixed, and returned free of charge. Legends! I'll keep coming here and recommend to all.

The worst bike shop in NZ, booked online to get my Canyon TT bike serviced, was not told the different options available, my bike was returned dirtier than I left it, gears no longer worked and a bolt missing. I then complained and was treated terribly, arrogant owner who's website talks about great service, easier to write than deliver on… terrible service…

R1100GS gearbox was noisy. I wasn't confident in local repair shops. Did some research. Consulted with the BM Shop mechanics. Couriered the gearbox to AKL. They repaired and couriered back to me in good time. Excellent service coupled with prompt communications every step of the way. Thank you to the entire team. You run a good business and I wish, oh how I wish... everyone would work to your high standards. Thank you.

Took my Hardtail Specialized Rockhopper in for a gear tuning and other minor work. Received same day service, which is virtually unheard of these days. The bike is running sweet now. The entire experience was professional, the workshop, workmsnship and customer service and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
