Store management refused my request for a replacement item when I said it was faulty, the manager was dismissive of my opinion and more worried about his ability to get a refund from the manufacturer if he honored his obligations to me re the consumers guarantees act. I am a account holder and I will not be returning whilst the store is under its current management. As a side note: I contacted another retailer and apparently the product in question has had a string of failures recently, something Aaron may have found out if he looked into it, Only posting with 1 start as it won't let me put 0. Very poor leadership.

Service is extremely poor and slow when the manager and some staff have personal friends visit them in the shop, which is very frequently. I found that what would often take a couple of hours to organise at Active, the other suppliers get done in 10 minutes. 2 stars for the couple of staff members with a sense of business and efficiency.
