Great customer service, the shakes and cookies are a little bit expensive, but very tasty and something you'd have as a treat now and again. Yes there can be a wait, but the staff advise you of this. Check it out if you're into sweet treats.

Came to this place during it's first opening day!The queue was extremely long since most of the items were at a very cheap 1 dollar tag.As a first timer the s'more shake was unexpectedly very very GOOD! But a down side to it was it was full of chocolate and it makes me a bit too full but that's just personal preference.If you love chocolate this is a must for you. Overall service was amazing and the supervisor of the store even gave out free cookie for everyone that was waiting in queue. 4.6/5 would come again!

Very loud, milkshake with ice cream that didnt even come with spoon to eat with for $12Music turned up really high so you had to shout to order.

Very friendly staff, staff happy to slightly alter some menu options to suit requirements. The place seems well run and customers communicated to when there is a wait. The service being a significant thing in what draws customers to a place, so thank you.

Got one of the Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie Shakes. It was very delicious. The music was a tad loud but didn’t really bother us. We weren’t provided with spoons hence the 4 star rating but otherwise a good addition to Dunedin.Staff friendly and lots of variety.

I got the coffee and toast combo for $8. The banoffee toast exceeded my expectations, so delish! The kids loved their shakes.The biscuits are thinner than the traditional cookie times, but my husband enjoyed his - they are fresh out of the oven.
