Definitely recommend to anyone considering or been thinking of trying. Such a lovely space, extremely welcoming & wonderful classes. Something I had be thinning of trying and I’m so glad I decided to go. Will be back for plenty more!

Sarah helped me hugely with my back injury last year. I initially had 1:1 sessions and slowly built up to joining the group classes. Sarah is not only incredibly knowledgeable, she is kind and funny, professional and makes you work. Thank you Sarah :)
