Had the big breakfast(minus the mushrooms, was $25 but……… it was the most delicious breakfast I have ever had.The Scottish girl who served was super friendly as well as the Australian guy at the checkout. Excellent Experience. .

Was a lovely meal, service was outstanding!! Food was excellent maybe just needed bread with the mussels/seafood to mop up the wonderful juices.Not many in...come on Ngatea, if you don't use it, youl lose it!! Support Local...

Amazingly friendly staff and the food is to die for! For a small town I was totally blown away at the standard of the meals on offer!! I had the Benny's with pork belly which was delicious!! The eggs perfectly cooked, pork was amazingly tender and the asparagus provided some great texture and flavour! The Public House needs to find it's way to Auckland Central.. Can't wait to stop in again!!

Quick efficient service and beautiful food. The 8hr braised beef was rich and cooked well. Bbq pork ribs were delicious and falling off the bone. The roasted Salmon had crispy skin and just cooked perfectly. Pay to call in advance and check availability and opening hours. Well worth the trip.

Stopover on the way to our destination. We got really warm and friendly responses to our queries and ended up ordering 2 plates to share. The service was excellent and pleasantly surprise that the food was great. The coffee was super nice - flavoursome and tasty with smooth coffee texture.
