Best place I have bought glasses in NZ. Same day from test they made both pairs, prescribed glasses and sun glasses. I couldn't believe how fast they were. I will never go to Spec Savers again. Competitive prices and friendly staff were very helpful.

Very professional and super friendly. Best value for money and you don't have to wait 3 weeks to get your glasses! If there are any problems they're willing to fix it straight away and with only a one hour wait. Also you can actually get super stylish glasses without having to pay hundreds and hundreds for them.

The Korean technician was absolutely professional. I bought two pairs of glasses there more than 5 years ago when I still lived in Auckland. Very durable and no issues at all even now. Definitely return there to get some more glasses when visiting Auckland next time. Really great people to deal with!

Best selection, best price, best service and on top of that you get to walk out wearing your new glasses which took 60 minutes to create. Ten out of ten for everything :)

Would HIGHLY recommend Optics 1. I travelled from out of town in order to have my glasses supplied on the same day as no one near me could supply new glasses in under 2 weeks or so and I was having headaches due to a change in prescription. Optics 1 were extremely helpful and accommodating and within an hour I had new glasses at a very reasonable price! I am very happy with my overall experience and my new glasses. Staff are lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you very much to the team at Optics 1, I couldn't recommend you and your same day service enough!

Very neat and tidy store with hundreds of various frame styles to choose from, service is very professional, price is reasonable and the 1-hour glasses turnaround time is the quickest I’ve experienced in New Zealand. Would definitely recommend!
