TANK Chartwell- Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Ordered a full strawberry lush with a shot for $10.90. They yell out “strawberry lush”, I go up and start drinking it and they look at me hesitating. Another girl walks up looking confused and I go “oh this must be hers” I try to return it because I specifically ordered, asked and paid for the extra shot but they refuse and insist it’s the same batch? 5 minutes later they give her my drink. They stare at me weirdly when I explain it wasn’t what I ordered. Horrible customer service.

Love Tank and their fresh juices and theThai Beef salad is my favourite, Ive ordered it many times and it is delicious.

I ordered a smoothie from here. When I tasted it, it tasted off and had a gross sour aftertaste. I took it back to get a refund and they were so rude and didn’t give me my money back!!

I have ordered the tropical tank from this store as an uber eats delivery. It was mentioned under the special instructions that I don't want any 'bananas' in that. When I received my order and had a sip. It has bananas in it. I got upset and it spoils my mood completely.I seriously cannot understand that how can someone miss the special instructions provided by the customers. It was just the banana (I don't like bananas) but it could be any allergan or dietary requirements instructions provided by the customer and carelessness with customer's order like that can actually lead to some serious health problems.I don't want to be rude here but I cannot forget that I actually just had something which I don't like which now actually spoiled rest of my day and my mood on my day off.

Tank smoothies are the best. We LOVE Tank!!

We went on Saturday morning while the lady was still opening and she was lovely and chatty with us! Drinks were great and everything looked clean. We were super happy with the drinks, they all tasted great.
