Great experience with SB Appliances. Sonny was dealt with a problem dishwasher which required several visits, he was responsive, was good in follow up.Great value, great service, I'd recommend him!

SB Appliance Servicing is the best service company I have ever used. I contacted them on Monday morning and they advised they would get back to me later in the day with an appointment time. They did exactly that and were at my house 45 minutes early. Found the problem, gave me a price (which was excellent) and had the job finished within about 20 minutes. Their service was very friendly and professional. My mum was at my house when they came and she has booked them for a job already. I would highly recommend SB Appliance Servicing and they would be my first option if needed again. Thanks team. Merry Christmas.

My fisher & paykel dryer had a squeaky sound on both directions. I called the team at SB Appliances and they came within the week. The culprit was a main bearing which I was told was unusual. Couple of days later the part arrived and by the end of the week part repaired. Been using the dryer all day thank you SB Appliances.

I called on Saturday regarding my broken washing machine. I received a text message letting me know that they could come on Tuesday. They actually rang to say they were in the area and could do the job today, Monday. The repair man was very polite and did an excellent job. The pump was replaced on the spot and a very good price. The communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for their prompt and efficient service.

Great communication and super helpful. They had to order a part for our oven, it arrived the next day and they came straight out to do the repair. The repair was completed within 48 hours of me first contacting them. Amazing service, especially for this time of year. And the price was very reasonable as well. Thanks Team.

Although I was not at home when Sunny came around to fix my washing machine. I am very happy with his service.He knew exactly what to do when he saw the fault code on the washing machine's display. He opened it up, fixed, then tested, confirmed all was ok and then was on his way. His prices and call out fees are very reasonable when compared to similar companies in the area. He'll be my go to person in future if any other appliances break down.

Service person was flexible and changed their schedule in order to carry out the repair work required. Four thermostats (one for each element) needed to be replaced. Very punctual, efficient with time spent and also final charge was under the quoted amount, plus stove was fixed. Strongly recommend their services.

I have used SB appliances twice now and both times they were wonderful. Really helped me and my family out during the tough times. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful and friendly service. The price for the service was very reasonable and that's why I can't thank them enough on behalf of my family and myself. We were really struggling at the time, thanks to COVID..Thank you guys so much. I had them in to fix my oven, but when I briefly mentioned I was also having issues with my washing machine they also fixed that in a matter of minutes and only charge a little above the original estimated price. Both the machine and oven are running great now because we follow the suggested maintenance advice from SB appliances. Thank you guys again so much.. I can't recommend these guys enough. A technician turned up on time and fixed my washing machine within 5 minutes. Absolutely perfect service.
