Citi Heat & Cool - Heat Pumps | Refrigeration | Ventilation | Electrical

quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered by a business.We called and asked for someone to look at our system, they said they would call back in the next few days when they could find a whole in the schedule. They didn't call back. We called back again, again we were told they would call back with a time, they didn't call back. We called back again and left a message. They didn't call back. We called back again a few days later and explained that we had an asthmatic child in the middle of winter and its been 2 1/2 weeks and we still haven't had someone round. They finally agreed to send someone round.The advised it would require a complete replacement of the heat pump, and sent through the quote. We accepted the quote sent through the money the very next day. We rung to find out an install date the following week, and were told we would get a call back either that afternoon or the early the next morning. We still have not heard back from them about an install date.Update. After seeing this review we had calls from citi heat and cool, and 2 weeks from leaving the review we had a heat pump installed.

I approached this company twice to get a quote for a replacement heatpump at my property. Both times Citi Heat failed to respond to my 2 emails. I would have thought that a simple email to advise that they may not be interested, would be the courteous way to go. I'm left puzzled as to how they have got reasonably good reviews when their customer service is non-existent!

Prompt and great service. We had a heatpump at our house not working properly, rung citi heat & cool, lovely lady on the phone helped us out and she was able to organize someone to come have a look at it straight away.Thanks citi heat & cool!!

Had an aircon installed. Wow, what a big difference it has made. Thanks to the whole crew, for you great customer service. Highly recommend these guys.

Was fantastic service. We were kept informed of progress and delivery delays. Serviced our older pump and then assisted advising additional electrical requirements. Great people great crew.

After trying every other refrigeration company in Nelson, Citi Heat and Cool were the ones who took on the job and got it done. I have an air conditioning unit on a caravan which was faulty from day one and is now working perfectly, thanks to these guys and their refrigeration technician. Excellent job and I am very grateful. We had a noisey heatpump thinking a replacement maybe likely...so called Citi heat and cool. A couple of days later a very helpful and friendly technician quickly sorted the problem out and gave it a long overdue deep clean. Heat pump works superbly again. Thanks guys.

the team at Citi , heat and cool bent over backwards to come up with a solution for my property which had structural limitations due to its age. The result was efficient, cosmetically appealing, saving me money. They really lead the way with their professionalism and value. I would recommend them for any refrigeration, electrical, and air conditioning needs. thank you guys, cups of tea and biscuits will be waiting for my next service.
