Got him I'm to look at freezer that was not working. He looked at it sorted it out I thought until he was going to be back to fix it. After accepting the quote via email I heard nothing from him at all. I finally messaged and got left a read a few times finally got told was waiting on parts. Was given no time line no update nothing I messaged again finally got a reply that parts were not ready yet. The lack of communication was absolutely frustrating. After almost 2 months got a txt out the blue that he could come and fix it. Well I had at this point written him off and assumed he was not ever going to fix it, also since when ringing his number it would not go through. So I went about getting someone else in to fix the problem. So when I finally get some communication from him it's the invoice for initial call out etc. Has been able to consistently contact me in regards to the koeny he is owed but zero communication prior about the job when it could be done or if it was going to ever get done. Definitely would not recommend unless you like to be mucked around and left not knowing what is going on.

We received a top notch service and great deals on brand new kitchen appliances including installation and the removal of the old appliances. Very professional. Highly recommended!

Dishwasher part replacement for us.He responded promptly to the initial contact and answered questions. He clearly explained his pricing model and said he could complete the work. He contacted me the day before to confirm when he was coming and to check it was ok. He arrived when he said he would. He clearly explained his diagnosis and replaced the part quickly. I paid eftpos while he was here. Very convenient for us both.However unfortunately the checks werent thorough enough to notice that the repair done was pointless and the machine was replaced later anyway.
