3 months later and 17 visits to the store I finally have my phone back. Terrible customer service. Problem after problem. Ended up paying extra for new battery ordered when battery was not damaged before taking phone in for screen repair. Phone was opened multi times after screen repair due to cameras not working and expanded battery from heating so many times. Glue everywhere. Back is still not glued properly but have given up.

Rubbish repair that started playing up immediately. Colour was washed out...then the glue started lifting. Customer service was exceptionally poor...before and after the screen was fitted.

Had my phone screen done at this shop. Added a uv glue screen protector. It lifted a day afterwards. Asked the guy at the shop to remove it and a refund as its not sticking. He blamed me for it lifting. He told me not to use phone for a day so I left it and didn't use it and it still lifted. He said I have done something to make it lift. Shouting at me at the store.

Poor customer service I ever came across. can’t answer to the genuine questions properly that every customer wants to make clear.And asked me to leave the shop.Don’t get your phone repaired here.There are other genuine phone repair shops around.
