Omega Rental Cars Wellington Airport

We hired a little fuel efficient car through the 'Omega's Discretion' option and ended up with a Toyota Vitz which was the perfect size and fuel economy for our road trip to all the places. The car was clean inside and out and it was an excellent deal. The comprehensive, no excess insurance was also a reasonable day rate.The pick from the airport was seamless, the service was efficient and friendly and we were on our way within a few minutes of arriving. The return of the car was just as seamless and we were shuttled to the airport within minutes of our drop off, arriving with plenty of time to enjoy Wellington airport. Having a petrol station across the road certainly helps with the last minute fill up.

Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, from the time they picked us from the Airport to our return to catch our flight back to Brisbane. They made us feel as one of the family, and went out of their way to help and answer any questions that we were worried about.The vehicle was in excellent condition and the price of the rental car fit into our budget and very reasonable in price which saved us, as we travelled from Wellington to Kaitaia and back again. I always use Omega when visiting Wellington and find them helpful and friendly. The shuttle pickup from Paul? was hassle free and very informative. (Good on ya Mavis). Very obliging staff and great customer service.

The service from Omega rental cars was excellent. Our flight was late however the staff waited and picked us up promptly when we rang and the shuttle bus back to the airport was equally stress free.The car was of good quality, everything worked and fuel economy was great. Couldn't fault this company.

The service was great and it was easy to get the shuttle from airport to depot and vice versa. If you are on an early flight it does make things tight as they only open at 8am. The car was amazing and very neat and tidy and comfortable to drive. The GPS was a very handy feature. The price was extremely reasonable. We loved our rental car and Omega Rentals, would definitely use them again in the future.

Rented in July 23 for 10 days. Searched many rental cars and Omega were the cheapest and they provided a clean reliable car. Their website is much better than most because they make the insurance options clearer and state that upfront rather than revealing that cost down the track.

I highly recommend this company. The service was excellent at 5 Taihinu Road, Wellington Airport. All paperwork was ready to be signed on arrival and I was handed the keys to a very nice vehicle. I was only there for 5 days and only had to fill the car when it was time to return it and I did quite a lot of travelling; as far as Wanganui. The inspection on return was quick and thorough. We hire through this company, this was the third time. The car given was LAU69 it was not a full tank when it was given. When we filled the car, it went above the F line. Paul was lovely when we picked up the car. Bit of a misunderstanding, on returning the car. Window wipers need a change for that vehicle, and no sensors.

My Self Drive Tour from Wellington Airport to Wairarapa was originally going to be 1 day. When I booked overnight accommodation in Martinborough, extending my hire period with Omega Rental Cars was easy.When I arrived at the depot to inspect the car, I was happy to discover that they had upgraded me to a Premium SUV, the Toyota Rav4 AWD.The car was very well presented. The cargo space in the Toyota Rav4 AWD is cavernous with the rear seats folded down. I was able to fit my 29 inch frame mountain bike, 52cm Samsonite suitcase, 16L Macpac backpack, Hiking poles and still had plenty of room for shopping en route.Excellent customer service. Everything was made easy.
