So far so good. Bella was the only person to contact me out of 3 calls. She visited site when she said she would. I'm waiting for the work to be done in 2 weeks. 01/12/20. The owner Chris is horrible to deal. It's as though he doesn't know his own product. Administarilly he is a disaster. I'm still waiting for the work to be done.

I met the team at Its Grass and they are really great to work with. Chris is very knowledgeable and offers excellent service. Very impressed with them and highly recommend their services !

Had new roll out lawn installed. Aftersales service is very poor. Asked Chris to contact us urgently concerning issues, Chris does not understand the term urgent. Chris will blame his workers and his workers then do not communicate with you. Often they will promise and never deliver on these promises. Chris will not visit your property. Lots of problems with the quality of lawn installed. The photos on the website do not represent the quality of lawn this coy installs. After lots of issues Chris eventually engaged a outside contractor to communicate and address concerns. Seriously regret using this coy, would not use again. Made the big mistake of paying on time and trusting that things would get sorted.
