This is the second car I got from this place the fellas there are nice as and no pressure to buy like the other car yard down the road thanks heaps guys and see u for the next car

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need this time. The boys at this car yard went above and beyond to help me purchase my new CRV car. They were helpful and answered all my questions before and after I brought the car. I want to especially thank Levi for all his time and effort on this one. I couldn’t be any happier. Defiantly recommend this car yard if you are looking for a good cheap car!!

Yard closes at 4pm, 3pm Sunday we, went to look at a car that was 2 from the front. Sales man said that we couldn't take the car for a test drive. Asked if we could start the car up at least. Was told no cause the keys are locked away. Other customers on the yard looking at a car also. These guys don't want your business they're too busy playing on their phones.

Very happy with my new car, the guys here were friendly and easy to deal with.

I do not recommend. I spoke with Harley on the phone about a week ago, inquiring about features on a car before I hauled out to Papatoetoe. This was after my email had gone unanswered. Harley told me he would ring or email me the next day to answer my questions. No joy. He had my contact details. It's ok if he forgot. I was asking about a vehicle's safety features, as there are varying ones for a particular model, pending what package the car initially came with.I visited today. I asked about the safety features again. A rude young man piped up that it is the customer's responsibility to understand the features and figure it out, not the dealership. I was a bit confused, thinking a salesperson should know their product. I said I spoke with Harley on the phone about this car." Said rude man said he was Harley. I noted that his assertion that any information about the vehicle being my responsibility versus his was in contradiction to our conversation the week prior on the phone.He said "It doesn't matter. Rude. Unprofessional. We were there for a good 20mins and nobody came out to assist us even though there were 3 or 4 of them lounging around and chatting in the office. My elderly mum ended up walking in to talk to someone and they refused to help after she mentioned she was on pension.

I very pleased buy Mercedes C200 they are nice people and look after me and give my family cold drinks. I recommend to all my friends to come to this shop here!
