Terrible experience!!! Purchased online - paid by bank deposit- then received email saying item is ready for Click and Collect. when I arrived at the Click and Collect counter at Machinery House the staff were unaware of my purchase and directed me to pick up the paperwork inside the shop, where they advised me (after calling Auckland) that the order was a pay on pickup". This is when the temperature shot up!! I disputed this as I had paid by direct deposit

Great shop, has lots of stuff although sometimes I find one a few products they could do with a better selection, such as reamers. I've also found that on some products they are very pricey compared to what other have to offer, especially import from China.
