I ordered a thick shake. Got a milkshake level of thickness, so sent it back. Staff seemed honestly happy to make it right, which is great.Upon drinking though, it was warm, and the consistency was that of cream that had been whipped (not whipped cream funnily enough), with zero traces of ice cream. While the staff experience was fine, the actual product that I ordered was no good for the price.

I bought BUTTER CHICKEN from them and came home. When I took half bite the smell was so strong and so bad. Then I realised it might be the taste but i start feeling different in my stomach. Then i did alot of vomitings. After that I went back to them with their cheap and disgusting butter chicken......the staff was so rude and the lady that sold me this was showing attitude and i think one of her staff agreed that it has stong smell. Then I asked them for refund and they denied for that.. and she said we sell them daily". Then she ended with saying you can replace something else..Honestly

Soooo expensive. Service was bad. Food was stale and disgusting. Food bags had whatever the food was cooked in covering the bag after not even 5 minutes. Will never ever go back again. Complete waste of time and money.

Had an egg and ham sandwich. The egg didn’t have any egg taste and the whole thing tasted and smelt off. I highly DON’T recommend this place….

They need to change or have different tongs than the standard bbq style. I get something out of the cabinet and it flipped upside down and landed on the long silver table that holds the trays etc. I explain at counter and asked if I could get another one cause of health and safety reasons (landing on something that’s had people lending and rubbing etc which is unsanitary) I was told no and had to pay for a damaged item. I now cannot give this to my unwell child. Was a regular customer and no longer be returning. Also food has gone downhill, coconut buns were dry, donuts didn’t taste nice at all (was such a weird taste), fill roll bun was dry as well.

- Language Barrier. If I had to move to China I would have to learn chinese. So because 90% people speak english it sounds more reasonable to learn english - She kept repeating herself as Did I? When I asked are there already salt on the chips. and she stood there avoiding or not understanding what I asked. and then had the nerve to get offended. Too bad Chinese people dont have common sense - Not good to blame Customers when they ask a question and paying for the food. I tasted the chip and told her actually could you please salt them - Every time I had been in there other times they already salt the chips and would taste oversalted. I asked a question about the chips I didnt have 500 dollars worth of orders - Define Racism? cause I would argue this point one on one.If youre from a country that you were born in I will call you where you were born? Aussie? German? I wont go to a country and call myself japanese when I wasnt born there' - Get Real
