These beautiful amazing people… just blew me away with their service. A previous jeweller that said he could resize our wedding rings … and didn’t, waited until the day I was meant to pick them up to tell me he didn’t want to ruin the design… so he did not touch them at all.I completely freaked out. We were to be married 5 days later.My uncles rang Brent and his team, I went in the next day… To say they were amazing would be an understatement, they heard me, they empathised, Brent came out and spent a good 15-20 minutes with me talking about everything, checking ring sizes and just making me feel completely at ease.He said to not stress it would be fine, they rang me everyday to update me.I’m just so grateful to this team of people, that helped me when I felt like everything was going to be a disaster.The best jewellers ever, and I’ll never go anywhere else!Thank you so much Brent and your team!

Not impressed. Giving 2 stars as it’s part my fault, I should have known better than to take my partners Bulgari watch to a non licensed Bulgari retailer to get links taken out. As I was waiting, I heard hammering in the back. I was a bit uneasy as didn’t think it would be worked with such force before consulting me. I have taken links out of watches before without using force, and learned that usually when it takes too much effort, stop and check as something isn’t right. Later upon closer inspection my worst fears came to fruition when I realized the watch was slightly scratched on each side near by where the link was removed. I wasn’t going to leave a review as I was more upset with myself and was just going to get it polished out as good as possible elsewhere. However my position changed when a few days ago the pin came out and the watch dropped. Not impressed to say the least.

Had to give them one star because zero or less wasn't possible.We traveled to Dunedin to attend a graduation ceremony. We walked into this shop intending to buy a gift for the graduate. Obviously we needed to spend some time in the shop to explore the options, prices... After a couple of minutes we saw a couple of necklaces that we liked but were yet discussing which one suited her the best when we were approached by a woman with a very rude tone and even ruder body language who certainly didn't know how customers should be treated. We immediately walked out the store as we didn't like spending even a cent in any business who treated their customers like that.

Really lovely customer service. I got a ring resized, but once it was on my finger I just felt like it was a tiny bit too big. While it was being resized, Charlie sent me an update text which I really appreciated, and the super quick job just brightened my day. Thank you so much!

Brent and his team are absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond to be helpful and are always kind! So grateful to them for helping me with my wedding jewelry - everything from helping us choose our wedding rings to changing pearl studs to drops to cleaning and repairing other jewelry, they were amazing. Could not recommend them more highly!

I went there to repair my gold bracelet today. I asked them to write the original weigh of my bracelet on the receipt as it is very usual back home. The guy took it very personal and shouted on me and said do you think I want to steal your gold?I didn't mean that but as a business they need to respect to their customers. Very disappointed. I decided not service my jewelries there.

Incredible efficiency and polished, friendly service. I needed my watch battery changed and the one in the Meridian couldn't open my watch and were a bit rough with it.Brent Weatherall Jeweller opened it in 2 seconds and got it wonderfully done in a jiffy. What a beautiful store. Will be back for all my watch, repairs, and jewelry needs!
