Having lived at The Residences (Albert St) for 8yrs+, it really is the pinnacle of apartment living. Sense of SPACE unmatched anywhere else, luxurious common areas & amenities. An inviting art gallery on each residential floor to come home too. Convenience + at your doorstep with a primo location to Waterfront, Commercial Bay & Queen Street retail, Viaduct entertainment and so much more. Simply the BEST.

Bon emplacement au cœur de la ville Commercial Bay , Britomart, Harbour Bridge nombreux restaurants et boutiques ,rue calme, résidence très bien entretenue, agréable à vivre , les résidents se préoccupent du vivre ensemble, un comité manager à l’écoute, les parties communes sont très bien organisées, une décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût ! Un espace bien être nous est accordée grâce au luxueux hôtel JW MARRIOTT. Salle de sport, Piscine, Sauna et Jacuzzi . Bravo à tous de nous rendre cette résidence aussi belle et sécurisée !

Among the many reasons I love living in the Residences is the quality build, the luxurious marble bathrooms, the helpful team keeping the building up to scratch, and the brand new interior upgrade with top of the line Italian furnishings and artwork collection.
