Okay pool, kids area is lacking.Children are not allowed in the hot tub (spa).

Need to update the booking website more often. It’s really annoying coming in expecting free courts for the day but then there’s just a random booking and I have to wait for it to finish just to play for 30 mins until another booking happens which isn’t on the website. Plus one court should always be opened and not booked. Make it so both courts aren’t allowed to be booked at the same time.

Great facility for the local population. Children's pool is awesome and a great lap pool even if the council built it slightly too short! Only criticism is that it can be hard to get kids booked into lessons as demand far outstrips supply but that probably says more about how hard it is for staff to be able to afford to live in Wanaka.

I have Enjoyed their friendly atmosphere and swimming community, pool was cool, which I found stimulating to swim faster, the showers are clean, privately housed in the changing area. Reasonably priced. Beautiful views of the mountains through their large windows which made this pool have a beautiful ambiant setting. A good location, nearby the New World grocers to stock up on food supplies after your swim.

Good complex, but lacked alot of stuff for kids to play on etc. Looked like it was only for people doing lengths and pre school swim lessons.

Pool is not adequately heated on weekends and is not suitable for infant - (under 5) swimming lessons conducted by QLDC wanaka recreational centre. Have raised this with front desk staff, multiple times.
