My wife and I popped into the store to find a new machine to replace our old cross trainer. The guy in the store were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Picked up an air bike in a 12 weeks rental with the option to purchase in the end if we liked the machine and wish to keep it. Very happy with the service overall.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and customer service I received. I had a goal in mind but due to some physical limitations I was unsure about which machine would be the most suitable. I had a helpful conversation and was given the pros and cons of each machine based on my needs. Delivery was fast and signing up for the hire was a straightforward process, in the end I chose to purchase the machine. I felt much more comfortable making the decision knowing that I could try it out without any issues. Definitely recommend using Rutherford Fitness if you're after an in-home workout machine.

Awesome experience, quick and easy and was very helpful even when I came to pick up my exercycle in my lunch time, it was all ready to go paperwork and everything. Highly recommend these guys :-)

My partner and I called in to Rutherford Fitness in January 2023 and spoke with Hugh about a rowing machine. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and we immediately hired a machine after a quick trial and took it home the same day. After follow-up from Hugh to see how we were going, we decided to purchase the machine at the discounted price with payments each week interest free. How easy it that! Great service, love the machine and getting fitter by the day. Thanks Rutherford Fitness :)
