Top notch service from Ishan! From the get-go he has been easy to deal with and accommodating. This will be our third night sleeping on our comfy new mattresses. Their products are as displayed and tried at the showroom. We can't wait for our bases to arrive. We had to ask for a change from a queen base to split bases due to our house layout not allowing the queen base to go through the door. Thanks for being flexible and responsive.

Arrived at the store after a 30min drive, a couple days ago, lights on but doors were locked (just after/around mid day) waited for five mins, no one there, then rang the store twice and no one picked up. No signs on the door saying where the staff were or when they would be back. Waste of time and gas 1hr total commute for nothing!

Bought a bed from Manukau Supa centre store. Service excellent, delivered on the day I requested and the help I received from the store staff choosing the bed turned out to be the right advice. Thankyou.

Bed quality was great, but I still want to give them one star because it was not easy to deal with them after purchasing from them.They booked wrong delivery date and delivered the wrong color of bed.We are still waiting for our headboard and it has been 3 weeks.They didnt tell us the delay until we asked the delivery guys where our headboard . We understand the delay situation, but you need to inform your customers at least.There was no communication afterward. Had to call the store a few times to chase up. Poor customer service after selling their stuff.They only want your money, even though the goods you received not what you ordered, they still tried to convince you to accept it.We didn't want spoil our mood for getting a new house because we just want to settle.Just not a pleasant experience for us , be a smart shopper. Read more reviews, do your researches and choose wisely.

Walked in and was greeted by an amazing young lady whose service was amazing!! Followed by her work college who also had awesome customer service. Thanks House of Beds Manukau for making my family and I feel welcome and comfortable. We look forward to receiving our bed soon!!!

Extremely unhappy with their beds, I had my bed changed three times and still we are unable to sleep on it. We wake up every day with severe back pain. I sent and email to their customers service/complaint department and to date they have not replied to my email or called me. I believe the mattresses in the store is not the same as what they deliver from the factory when you purchase a bed.Miraculously I got a call from House of Beds the same day I posted the review. The person who called me said that he would come back to me, tomorrow will be one week since the call and still no reply.

Highly recommended!!Went there to buy bed for spare room but end up buying 2 beds from Varun.Very good customer service and product knowledgeBeds delivered today within 10 days where as their competitors were giving 4 weeks for delivery.Special thanks to delivery team for helping us with our tricky stairs.

We have slept so much better from night one, and our back feel amazing (even though we are moving furniture and boxes or painting every single day). Bonus: I can barely feel my husband toss and turn at night when before he would always wake me up when he moved. I am so happy with my purchase from House of beds.
