Inner Calm Reflexology

Alex at Inner Calm Reflexology, has simply been amazing. I have only recently started reflexology and have been simply blown away, of the benefits. Alex has such a lovely calmness about her and listens. If you are feeling slightly anxious about going to a reflexology session, don't be - so well worth it.

Alex provides a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating therapy in a nurturing environment. After every session I feel revitalised and my body functions with greater ease. My overall wellbeing has improved both mentally and physically and we have worked to successfully alleviate my menopause symptoms. I'm a cancer clubber living with incurable cancer. Earlier this year I had really bad neuropathy and pain in my feet from my treatment. I decided to see if reflexology would help. I did some research and found Alex at Inner Calm Reflexology. She treats in her home out in Prebbleton. At first this put me off however it's really not far and there's free parking. Then I went in to her treatment room and I felt an overwhelming sense of calm. Alex has created a tranquil space where you can shut your eyes, relax and be pampered.I signed up for regular reflexology sessions as Alex took the time to get to know me and what I wanted from my treatment sessions. I float out after each session and am constantly counting down the days before my next treatment. It's not just pampering though, reflexology has improved my quality of life. When I first went to Alex I could only hobble. I can now walk and am pain free for the most part. Thank you Alex.
