Charged $1,000 over the estimate, installed sewage pipe for toilet in wrong place, only ONE toilet in the whole country that could then fit it, had to pay extra to get it and even then barely aligned with the pipe. They charged three hours extra when they were not on the job, then had boss threaten me in a very passive aggressive voice for not paying the extra hours they did not work, even after I sent him the text from his own plumber saying he was elsewhere and not on site! Also, they still withheld the compliance certificate after all that, five years and counting. These people are not Cowboys, they're something else, much worse. Avoid like the Plague!
