Had an extremely pleasant experience with Chevron during my vehicle return ; she has been very patience , helpful & the return processing was a breeze. Professional and addressing customers by name(s) as well as attending to all questions with details and politeness . To also mentioned Emily whom had assisted with the process and speaks both German & French which value adds the company .All my best girls !!

Daisy was our welcoming person in NZ and we could not have been more grateful.Apart from all the information provided to start our trip in the Motorhome and making our life easier, she was also emphatic and very professional.Luckily, she was also at our drop off with her bright smile making things easy and carefully.We feel really well attended and we specially appreciate Daisy’s kindness as one of the best parts of our trip.

Update:Just returned the vehicle, again, smooth as. We ended our adventure with Samantha's friendly customer service and all smiles. Outstanding customer service throughout the entire journey!Very friendly customer service, both over the phone and over the counter. Vehicle pick up was smooth as, Liz took her time to explain all the possible details, really appreciate.

We initially booked an Apollo Euro Tourer but when we got to THL we were given a Maui Ultima instead. Having said, both pick up and drop off service was easy and smooth. Staff were helpful when we had an issue with our sliding door and they organised it to be fixed fairly quickly. Liz who was in charge of our drop off service was especially helpful with assisting us with some last minute clean up we had to do. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience.

Great experience renting a 6 berth vehicle for our NZ trip. Express Return Pack we’ve purchased was a very convenient option for a quick vehicle drop off. Comfortable, clean, spacious and safe vehicle, we have had a very fun time exploring NZ in it.

We are now 4 days on the road of our 11 weeks trip with an Ultima Plus campervan. The Mercedes drives fantastic as you would expect. However if you rent a premium you expect more quality from the interior.The pickup from the airport was short and fast, but the checkout was slow although there were two staff and two customers.The missing stars are for the details of the van which I don’t like. The bed is not full flat and quite hard. The space to store is limited giving the fact that you need different sets of clothes for cold and warm weather.The quality of the interior is very poor. We got a new camper and the draw was coming out at the first corner. We clue it back but all other constructions look weak. There is no place to wash you hands in the toilet. I have no idea what to with the little sink. The edges will leak water if you use the shower.The entertainment system is from 20 year ago. No possibility to connect your phone to listen Spotify or watch Netflix.The doors of the toilet and freezer are already showing signs of degradation.The table for outside needs to be attached to the car and is much too high for the seats. You can not use it. The two seats are old and I am not sure if they will last to the end of the holiday.The only window that can be opened has no mosquito screen.Update a week later: some tips for future renters.- we bought a topper mattress- we bought some flatscreen (10 nzd) to cover the side window and the back doors- the front table can be stored behind the rear seat (we used the one person topper as an additional mattress)- there is a phone charger in a hidden compartment above the radio- if you get stuck, there is a fixed tow point on the right side (back)- the navigation system sometimes takes unlogical routes (not paved or through small town routes). No problem unless you want to be somewhere on time)- take a google chrome cast or a aux cable or a usb stick if you want the entertainment system.- if you use the key just to open the side door than the light above the seat will keep burning (solve this by pressing the lock and open button)- you will hear the testing sound of the co2 alarm when you hit with you leg the button on the back seat (happened to us a couple of times before we figured this out).

First time for us and definitely not our last. While the weather wasn’t on our side the motor home was our safe space and absolutely loved it. Well equipped and there is nothing that is not there for you to enjoy your time on the road. Amazing service and we will be doing this again very soon!

Rented Maui 6 berth from Auckland Airport branch to travel with my family and had a great holiday experience with this lovely Campervan. Very easy to drive, cheaper than other companies, mechanically sound, spacious inside, supplied with bedding, gas cooker, cooking gear, USB charger etc and really good communications throughout the whole process. A very good all-round deal that gives you great flexibility to go where you want when you want. Highly recommended.
