I cant speak highly enough of Andy and Gentle Touch Funeral Services.One of the hardest times of my life loosing my father and Andy and the team were there to help me through all the tough decisions and the whole process of the reality of loosing someone so dear. The warmth and empathy shown to me was very comforting and no question was silly. I was able to take part hands on with my dad during his time with them which certainly helped me with the grieving process. I honestly cant recommend them enough. Thank you so much for your kindness.A beautiful touch also is that we received a rememberance candle with dads name on it.

What and amazing service. These people looked after my Aunty who passed away last week. As a family we couldn't believe the lengths this company went to to insure that all our needs were met. When i arrived from Auckland all my family could talk about was how this funeral company drove to Auckland at 3am in the morning to pick up the coffin my family wanted for my Aunty. From the beginning to the end Tim made sure my family was looked after and we had everything we needed. Gentle Touch i cant thank you enough. I take my hat off to you for the hard work you put in, even the late nights my family had at your funeral home (Sorry). Please know that all the little things you did didnt go unnoticed. With my dads recent passing, I was quite lost and confused as to what to do next. Andrew and Tim were absolutely amazing in making sure all our needs and expectations were met. I couldn't thank them enough, so truly grateful for their compassion and mahi during our time of loss.

I would like to thank Hope for the way she handled my fathers funeral a couple of weeks ago. Especially for the caring way she looked after my mother making a very difficult time a little easier for her.

Hope, Andy and the Gentle Touch team were excellent in planning and carrying out my Dad’s funeral service. I live overseas and found it super handy to be able to call Hope via WhatsApp to arrange/discuss the plans before I arrived in HB.I was only in HB for a few days for the funeral and nothing was a problem. The Gentle Touch team always made our family/whānau feel like a part of theirs when we were at the funeral home or viewing Dad. Nothing was a problem. The funeral home is lovely; professional with a homely feel. The Gentle Touch team take great pride in their work. They are very professional and caring; supporting us in our time of need. A lovely service was held and I know Dad would have been pleased with his send off. I cannot recommend the Gentle Touch team enough.
