Looks like we went on a poor day.Overall we came away disappointed. The tables were dirty and despite not being particularly busy they were not interested in wiping them down. I actually found the bento staff member unfriendly to the point where I would say she was just plain rude. We usually really enjoy St Pierres however today three separate pieces of sushi had salmon bones, the bento bowl took forever to be made and they had also run out of the chicken for my first choice of bento. The bento that they made me was amazing and I really enjoyed it which gave them a third star instead of a 2 star rating.

Always impressed with the high quality of the sushi. It has a good variety of fillings for the sushi. I love it how you can bring your own container and get a discount plus getting it made fresh for you!

The best St Pierre's in New Zealand. Very clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Service is what you would expect from a high class restaurant and not a takeaway chain store. Were very accommodating towards preparing vegetarian options separately.

I Came Here with My 2 Kids.. Ordered All of Us Sushi Over $40 Worth. My Kids Had Received Theirs… I Was Still Waiting For Mine To Be Made… Anyway The Kids Finished Their Sushi & I Still Hadn’t Received Mine, Went & Asked How Much Longer it Would Be & They Hadn’t Even Made It & They Had Completely Forgot My Order.. I Then Had to Wait Again For them to Make it. Staff Then Proceeded to Laugh & Giggle Amongst themselves. I’m A Regular St Pierre’s Customer But Have Never Been to this Branch & I Will Never Go Back.

Today I ordered the teriyaki chicken udon noodles and a medium miso soup. I was overcharged for the miso and the udon noodles were terrible. Chicken dry and was something I'd compare to cat food and just did not look great. Only good thing was the miso soup.

Worst experience at St Pierre's. Spent $46 on 3 meals and asked for a small cup so our 2 year old could have a drink without making a mess to be told no the cups are for miso. Rude counter staff at the bento counter, and will not be eating there again. The bento bowl was terrible, and was only made worse by the counterstaff
