Queens Park Golf Club

In Invercargill for a couple of weeks from Far North Queensland and looking forward a round. Called in one afternoon last week around 4:30 PM and pro shop shuts at 2:30. Ok no worries come back later. Course looks magic pretty keen to play. But need to find a time where I can hire clubs is a cart available that sort of thing?Came back today (Tuesday) at 12:00. Pro shop supposed to be open, it’s not. Note to see Golf Southland office. It’s locked no one there.There was a young couple there too wanting to play. I had played Invercargill Sunday so recommended there to them.I would gave loved to have found out more about Queens Park but if there isn’t anyone there to see you can’t do ouch can you?Lots of people playing and half the committee car parks taken up including the President so why no one was available to help paying customers is beyond me

This is a great golf course located within an amazing city centre park with everything working in unison. If you are a walker, biker, golfer or frisbee player this park and golf Club caters for all!Why can't other cities manage to do this?

Great course 18 holes in the middle of town amazing even more stars in summer see you thier.

so very lucky to have an awesome golf course in the heart of Invercargill and the free lessons that Queens Park Golf are providing for school aged children is an absolute winner !!

Well kept easy walking beautiful golf course in Queens Park . Some challenging tree lined holes but well worth the effort also nice relaxed atmosphere from surrounding park

Great place. Can be a challenge, but can be rewarding also. Hosts great events.

The holes all cross over each other which is dangerous and no offence to the good sports but some people there are just rude couldn't even enjoy our game

Good wee inner city golf clubPlenty of hazards including cyclists, long fairways next to busy streets and the occasional ignorant dog walkerRecommend the back 9 if you were after a quick game

Beautiful park and a great place to play a round or two of golf or try out the Disc Golf course it's a real favourite, find the beginning of it at the Herbert Street end of the Park.
