First timer...GP saying I arrived at my destination. I drove round in circles to find Winz not knowing the place was in the mall. Poorly signed is all I have to say if you ain't from the area. As for WINZ staff receptionist could do a attitude course or don't even be at the front desk. One staff I met that day totally awesome. I gave a 1 star for Poorly No Signs To direct you to Winz.

Worst government services ever inventedThey human who chose to work for the government those humans take their job role to the next levelThe call center make you wait on hold for one hour never improveThe case worker decline advance because they think it there own money unfortunately this organization is corrupt in many way possible the human are rude immature and those humans love to make the pohara citizens struggle in every way possible grateful that we have this service how ever there has been no winz office who show human values like compassion and empathy these humans don't care and forgot where they came from poverty or privilege non new Zealanders get what ever they like a home cars jobs while the vulnerable pohara human suffer

We were first appointment 8.30 and we were on time. Kept waiting 20 minutes and a lot of staff were there and no customers were being served. Went to enquire why we were still waiting, front desk was arrogant and said people had been informed, only after that he got up and made some inquiries and we were told that their was a system failure. When we finally saw someone they had no idea why we were there even though MSD had asked for the appointment. Staff member who saw us was friendly and competent.

Surprisingly decent. Everyone was polite and helpful. I had an appointment which they honored. This is a huge compliment from me because I am not the departments greatest admirer.

About 25 minutes late seeing me, but once in, Mylyn Trinidade could not have been more polite, accurate and able to find additional ways for claiming extra benefit add-ons.Would have been a 5 except for the waiting time

Staff share their integrity, not just pretending to help people. You can have dignity in this WINz which is different. I was just a traveler and they tried their best to find me what I need.

Place was crowded. The lady at the counter was very helpful.
