The ambience of the restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly. The lamb shoulder we ordered wasn't bad. However, the quality of the dish doesn't justify the price they charge. Also, having had sabich in Israel before, the dish they served was a bit different from what we imagined. The eggplant on top was hard and burnt. I would say there are other better quality Middle Eastern restaurants.

Had the most beautiful meal here with parents and grandparents. Comfy seating, lovely and friendly space, attentive staff, and the food was incredible! It felt very homely and welcoming to be there. Definitely recommend for groups. Convenient for a meal before a show, as we just wandered down to Spark for a 7.30 kick off.

Now I'm not a big fan of hot cross buns but these were actually quite good!Their normal restaurant food is also very tasty!

Just popped in for some dessert. Was amazing as always. Great friendly staff that know every dish. Will be visiting again for sure. Highly recommended if your after some great middle eastern food in the CBD.

The last time I had dinner here was probably five or six years ago! Good to see that it is still going strong. Good location and I don't mind the family style dining as long as there's enough to go around. Portions could have been more generous for a group of six but other than this the food did taste good. It was very busy so my group didn't get as much attention but this didn't ruin our experience.I had lunch here recently and I have to say it wasn't that great. My meal was so bland. Won't be ordering it again and probably won't be going back for lunch. It was quite overpriced for bread, tomatoes, eggs and a sliced sausage.

Vibrant restaurant with great variety in its shared plates. We had plenty of food out for our large group, and something for everyone. The mezze was especially delicious.The vegan main was okay, but everyone seemed to really enjoy the cooked meat mains most.All the sides are a perfect compliment to the mains and entrees.Service is friendly and good location.

Picked this restaurant out of a bunch that were close by to where we are staying. Atmosphere was great, chill vibes and smelt delicious as you walked in.We got a run down and suggestions from the menu from our wonderful server. She was friendly, helpful a big smile all night. We shared food and everything was absolutely delicious!! Would 100% recommend and will be going back for sure!

OMG what a hidden gem in the Auckland dining experience.. Food is par excellence.. Host was courteous and helpful and interiors has been designed to give you a real middle Easters experience.. kebabs on skewers were a must try and kunafa was so yummy.. If I could I would repeat it 100 times.. must go.. highly recommended.. owner sells a cook book with their generational recipes.. it's a real foodies book..

The service was good.I think 25$ it's way too expensive for Sabich meal..there's a place to sit outside which was very nice
