Another successful stay. Excellent room as requested. I appreciated the beautiful shampoo and conditioner supplied. There is no room service so after 4 days rubbish bins and towels were definitely in need of replacing and cleaning.

Booked into a 1 Bedroom Apartment here. Room was fantastic. Spacious, clean, quiet comfortable. Everything was perfect and I could not fault it in anyway. Was worried that being on the bottom story would mean lots of noise from people walking around above. This was not the case, no noise from above and nothing from the busy Papanui Road. Sky TV and Air Conditioning unit in room.I will most certainly be back

Recently stayed 2 nights, very clean tidy and comfortable. Was put in Unit 3 around the back.A minor distraction, as I am a light sleeper, was the tick of the wall clock. Otherwise, it was super quiet considering the main road outside. Removed battery, re-inserted in morning and reset time. Problem solved. Lots of T.V channels to choose from and ample shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Even though a little on the older side, this motel ticked all the boxesand Michelle at reception was friendly, informative and accommodating. Would definitelystay here again.

Small place. Rooms open directly in to the car parking area which could be a problem if it rains. The lady who was in charge was very friendly and was available all the time. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bathrooms are a bit small. Simple breakfast is available for a small charge. A cooker and oven are provided and you can do a bit of cooking if you so desire. On the whole a comfortable lodge.

First impressions are so important. I reconned that all rooms should have at lest 2 elements in the rooms doesn't matter if there's one bed. Im a hotel cleaner an I can make a bed way better then what I saw that day I arrived.

Good friendly staff and clean spacious room. Shower faucet was a little low and wasn't adjustable. Bed was comfortable with pillows that were not the usual too-flat ones. Price was very good compared with other places we've stayed in Christchurch. Very helpful manager who showed us to our upstairs room and offered to then help carry our bags. Great stuff.

My stay was terrible I paid $350 for two nights. She kicked me out on the second day & said my dog was to nosey but wouldn't refund my money. So I was left homeless and had no money. I told her that but she said I don't care not my problem. She's a hustler

Website stated they were open until 9:30 we said we would arrive at 9, they phoned us at 8 asking where we were, they did not service the room between nights nor replenish coffee,sugar or make the beds poor service at the best,Not very clean, Would advise finding cheaper accommodation elsewhere with better service and facilities

We stayed here for 8 days. The wifi was very weak and cuts out every other minute. Their bandwidth is too small. Also, their May Chang soap products were nothing special. They should just get rid of them. Their essential oil" was just lemongrass from the smell of it and pretty lousy so we used our own soap. The shampoo soap was particularly very dry. There was also no frying pan to cook eggs in (despite being provided an egg beater...). Otherwise
