Entire glass railing collapsed. This was after second installation attempt where glass panels were misaligned by more than 40 mm. They did come out to correct the work so they do take some responsibility

Good prices, great product range, amazing what they can make for you. Really look after their clients. Great place for different size heated towel rails with out the over priced price tag. Benchtops, custom stainless, custom glass.

I find these people very difficult and complicated to deal with. We installed glass pool fencing which was of ok (but not great) quality and have recently asked them to come and repair a fault in the self-closing gate.They asked me to pre-pay for their labour (almost $400) and now almost a month later they have not turned up to do the job.I’ve chased them twice and they have now told me they’re too busy and they can refund me once I’ve found someone else to do the job.In an industry where reference checks and referrals would seem to be important, these guys are missing the mark by a massive margin.Look elsewhere if you need this product / service.

Buyer beware. This shop requires 100% payment prior to production. Leaving no allowance for deposit or protection to buyer if issue on pick-up/delivery. Stay away.
