Disappointingly rude. We have been looking at adoptiong a greyhound for a while, but our circumstances were such that we have only recently looked in earnest. In June I enquired about a greyhound in another part of NZ that Nightrave had listed on TradeMe as I believed from his description he matched what we were looking for in a dog. I was told he was no longer available, so I said we would go out to them in the near future to meet some of their other greys and sent in our pre-adoption questionnaire. On Friday we saw another dog advertised on TradeMe who were thought we might be compatible with. As we were intending to come out to see some dogs very shortly anyway, I sent an email to ask if he was available to meet at the same time. I received an incredibly rude, unfair and borderline abusive email from the Nightrave director (as well as my response, for context - will post in comments). Truly an unprofessional, bewildering response, and quite disheartening for homes just trying to adopt.
