scam doesn't ship items no updates at all no customer support will be filing an online fraud report

This company have taken my money and blocked me when I have tried to follow up on my order. Do not buy from them.

Worst communication ever with a store. Had to wait ages for the order to arrive, and when asked for help from the 24h chat on their website I went ignored multiple times. Last time purchasing from them, I'm sorry!!Edited to answer to your reply:I ordered a backorder item and I was well aware. What I am criticizing here is the way you communicated with me. Google says open 24h, and your in-website chat says operative 24h too. I initially didn't understand my order was a backorder item and that's why I tried to contact you via chat. I got ignored all day, and the day after. I also sent 2 messages that never got a reply. Only until I asked if you were a scam someone decided to reply to meI got then told that my order was gonna be picked up not later than the following Tuesday and I would have received a tracking code from you. I waited until Thursday (or Friday, I dont remember ) and contacted you again. Got ignored again and again. Then, you decided to send me a tracking code that (at least for me) never worked, always displayed invalid code".I then received the item that I specifically asked to be delivered at my door step but was left in the mailbox instead.I consider myself a pretty fair person and I have to say I didnt feel like having a good experience with you
