I just wanted to give feedback about my recent purchase with Cooper Auto Company and working with Myles Cooper.Straight to the point, an awesome experience.Quick to respond to communicationGood follow throughEasy to purchase and get the paperwork doneIn, test drive sorted finance, then drove it away the next dayI think for me, it really is just how stream less, effortless a process is, I even managed to get rid of my car meaning I didn’t have to worry about trying to off load it in different transaction, it was really simple.I’m enjoying my car, I totally forgot about the WOF and Rego but it’s all good to go.I had previously tried to buy a car via 2CheapCars and found their practice really unprofessional, difficult to understand and I emailed and sent a request via the online form for a test drive which was approved and showed up and they had sold the car without saying anything to me wasting a trip to the dealership.I saw the Honda Fit on Trade Me, texted, so within about 2hrs I was already in negotiations to get the car.I would recommend Cooper Auto Company, I would use them again if I’m in the market of buying another car.Great experience.

Perfect customer service. From the day I ordered a GR Yaris ex Japan via Myles, he communicated clearly it's ETA - he then contacted me on that day to tell me it'd landed, and when he received it he emailed me photos and clear concise information about when compliance would be finished & when I could collect it - all exactly on the days he said he would...it is exactly as I'd hoped & expected..I recommend Myles. Perfect, clear honest communication & timelines stuck to are not that common these days. Congratulations Myles.

I had been on the car hunt for ages and had popped past Cooper Auto a few times seeing that they had a few cars that were of interest to me. I recently purchased a VW GTE off Miles. I live in Auckland so could not view the vehicle in person. Miles made the entire purchase so easy and nothing was a problem.. we will be back in 3 years for our next car. Keep on doing what you are doing Miles. Highly recommend the car yard

Although this a late review but better late than never as they say. Was planning to buy a hatch back been to most of the car selling places in Welly. However, no one could match the information on cars and professionalism that Myles had to offer along with Quality cars. Bought a Fiat Punto from here and has been more than 3months and am one happy customer. I would suggest you to visit if you plan to buy a car.

Myles is a very nice man, not only he sells very good cars but also provides fantastic service, and he helps you to complete everything, so you don't need to worry about anything, all you need to do is pay and drive away, it was a perfect deal!
