I was helped by Jeremy on a busy Saturday, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and great to deal with.

I went in to try and fix an old cheap phone - two staff, no problems. The man who helped me really knew his stuff I thought. He had a collection of outer casings for simcards that have had it taken off - if you wanted to fit one back into an older phone - that was cool. But mine had expired. Got new simcard. He explained a few queries really well - I often ask knowledge seeking questions to specialists if I'm not holding anyone up waiting. A younger salesman became very excited about a nice phone and I found that endearing.

I would like to thank George who helped me recently. I was so grateful for his advice and kind manner in helping me find the right plan for my friend. What brilliant service he provided.

I was there just when I received info to inform me that it was no longer an active company as it is now one.

The real people super helpful in store. but if something goes worng with your stuffed robot calls are useless you get sent around and around and it takes ages to be resolved. If people in store can't do it .

Worst experience as a customer, they just gonna waist time and give fake promise of calling u and want to just sell their monthly plan somehow bcz no one is buying.I went to buy the iPhone 14 pro and they said they will only sell when i buy their monthly plan. I have full amount to pay but still they won't allow you to buy it just money game . .spark is much better .

Helpful staff. Can be very busy. If unsure they will guide you well. Very patient with Seniors like my mum or if you are technology challenged. Very patient. Well done.

Downgrading my rating for this branch. Asian staffs are very helpful and accomodating which Im very pleased and happy. After that pleasant experience i came back again for another help but this time this kiwi lady didnt do a good job at all. I felt she didnt even try to fix my billing issue and obviously wasnt knowlegdable at all for this job. Even the supervisor was useless. They didnt try their best at all!!!! even though its only 10AM! and they even look annoyed and tired. How come this asian staff manage to fix my bill issue and this kiwi lady dont? service is inconsistent on this branch. I'll visit this branch when your competent asian staffs work. Not try being racist but the work performance between them has big difference
